Mary Ann Best

As a Principal and Financial Advisor with Bernstein Global Wealth Management, Mary Ann Best’s practice is focused on providing fee-based investment planning for individuals, families and foundations. Plans are tailored for each client’s resources, tax circumstances, estate planning goals, and risk tolerance. In investing client assets the goal is to maximize after-tax returns for an appropriate level of risk, given the client’s asset allocation.

Mary Ann Best earned her Masters of Business Administration from Mercer University in Atlanta Georgia, graduating with high honors. She earned her undergraduate degree from East Carolina University. Prior to joining Bernstein Investment Research and Management, Mary Ann was associated with Advanced Publishing and based in New York, New York. Mary Ann is active in community activities, including as a current board member of the Alexandria Symphony Orchestra and the Concerto Foundation.
