Several news agencies have reported that Democrats have proposed legislation that would roll back some of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act provisions, including the increased estate tax provisions, in order to pay for infrastructure. The reports note that, while this proposal has zero chance of moving forward presently, it is intended as a campaign theme for the upcoming election cycle.
