Francis J. Rondoni (Frank) is a Partner and Shareholder at the law firm of Chestnut Cambronne PA, in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Mr. Rondoni has been a trial attorney and litigator for more than 38 years, practicing in the areas of Civil Litigation, Estate Litigation, Class Actions, with emphasis on Estate Litigation.
Mr. Rondoni has also been a Criminal Prosecutor (10% of his time), for more than 30 years. His prosecution experience gives him valuable insights in Estate Litigation issues that arise regarding misuse of property, funds, and the financial exploitation of vulnerable adults. He sits on the Hennepin County Criminal Justice Task Force (CJTF).
Mr. Rondoni is a frequent lecturer on topics such as Trial Tactics, Evidence, Emerging Case Law, and Estate Litigation and has presented at ACTEC, Heckerling, ALI/CLE and for a number of Minnesota based organizations. He is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association, the Minnesota Association for Justice, the Hennepin County Bar Association, and is the current President of the Suburban Hennepin County Prosecutors Association (SHCPA). Mr. Rondoni is an Arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association, has an AV rating with Martindale Hubble, and has been named a Super Lawyer by Super Lawyer Magazine.
Mr. Rondoni has been appointed by the Archbishop of the Archdiocese of St. Paul and Minneapolis as a Trustee for Holy Name of Jesus Parish. Mr. Rondoni has received numerous awards recognizing his pro bono, volunteer, and service activities.
