Mark J. Bennet of Victoria University of Wellington, has made available for download his article, The Illusory Trust Doctrine: Formal or Substantive?, published  in Victoria University of Wellington Law Review. The Abstract is as followed: 

This paper argues that the illusory trust doctrine is an exercise in formal reasoning according to principles of trusts law, rather than a substantive flight to substance.
