Recent budget proposals from the Biden Administration provide some insights into what legislative changes in estate and gift tax and related income tax rules might be made, if not this year then perhaps in the future. Recent versions of the Treasury-IRS Priority Guidance Plan provide a similar forecast of what administrative changes might be expected.
